Products
We aim to describe and photograph products accurately. Colours and placement may vary slightly by screen, size or production batch. Brand names and team identifiers are used to identify the design or subject of a product and do not imply affiliation, sponsorship or endorsement unless a listing expressly states this and we can substantiate it.
Prices and payment
Store prices and checkout are presented in the currency currently selected in the site currency selector. The total payable, including any selected personalisation or delivery option, is shown before you submit the order. Payment is processed securely by the payment method selected at checkout.
Orders
Your checkout submission is an offer to purchase. An order is accepted when we confirm it. We may cancel and refund an order if an item is unavailable, a price or listing error is material, payment cannot be authorised, or legal/compliance concerns prevent fulfilment.
Fulfilment
Irish District is the retailer and remains responsible for customer support. Approved production or fulfilment partners may prepare and dispatch items for us. Dispatch location can vary by product and destination.
Delivery, customs and taxes
Handling and delivery estimates are published on our Shipping and Delivery page. Import duties, customs charges or local taxes may apply outside the dispatch country. Unless checkout explicitly states that these charges are included, they are the recipient’s responsibility.
Returns
Eligibility, exclusions, return postage and refund timing are set out in our Returns and Support policy. Personalised goods are normally non-returnable unless faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied.
Intellectual property
Website text, layout and Irish District branding may not be copied without permission. Third-party names, crests, marks and designs remain the property of their respective owners.
